Creditor Registration Completed, Voting Hearing on Agrokor Creditors’ Settlement Plan Opens

At the Agrokor creditors’ Settlement Plan voting hearing which is being held at the Dražen Petrović Basketball Center – CIBONA Hall in Zagreb the registration of all creditors has been completed.

The registered attendees represent around 450 creditors with HRK 23.359bn of determined outstanding claims present.

Upon registration of the creditors Nevenka Siladi Rstić, Judge of the Commercial Court in Zagreb, declared the hearing open and provided the creditors with detailed instructions on the course of the hearing and the voting procedure.

The first stage of the voting has started, related to granting voting rights to creditors of challenged claims. The Judge stated that the Law permitted the Extraordinary Commissioner to propose for all present creditors of challenged claims to be granted voting rights and she approved that proposal.
Currently there is a break and the hearing is soon expected to continue.
