Lenders accepted the change of the Extraordinary Commissioner

Senior Priority Facility Agreement lenders have accepted the appointment of Fabris Peruško as Extraordinary Commissioner and Irena Weber as Deputy Extraordinary Commissioner in Agrokor d.d. and that they have stated that they will not exercise their rights from the Agreement regarding the change of the Extraordinary Commissioner.
