Statement by the members of the Temporary Creditor’s Council
31. Jan 2018.
Following media comments on engagement of advisers in the extraordinary management procedure in Agrokor, the members of the Temporary Creditors’ Council wish to communicate :
Extraordinary administration procedure in Agrokor is a legally defined procedure and it is managed by the bodies prescribed by the law, incluiding clearly defined authorities of the competent court and its supervisory powers.
Creditors of Agrokor have invested substantial funds in Agrokor and together with the commissioner and the engaged advisers of Agrokor they are focused on recovery of highest possible portion of their claims.
In that sense we appreciate work of the extraordinary management and the engaged advisers, without whom it would not be possible to duly accomplish that task.
Reaching of the settlement in the very short legally prescribed term presents our priority.
